FLOAT
FLOAT
world fades
away
twinkling lights
on the bay
become
weightless
like a lover's
caress
deep...deep
sea
far...far
underneath
the ocean
breathes
swells and
heaves
tossing
me
as a leaf
in a breeze
long
exhale
like a slumbering
whale
float
inanimate
on a watery
planet
buoy up
drift down
breaking waves
for sound
no right
or wrong
only the lonely
...
