Meh!
The morning brings a nothing kind of day,
can’t see the sun, and wind is just a breeze.
Up overhead, the clouds float high, mid-grey,
that says the threat of rain is but a tease.

Seasons Lost
The summer’s almost gone, already missed,
and waking in her place the autumn grieves

Their prey, despite despairing bids to flee.
Then silence shrouds the land and...

And what of the children as yet unborn?
Who speaks out for them and will take their part?
As the world watches the hellbound handcart
Spiralling downwards with future stillborn.
When our great great grandfathers walked the land,
It should have been simple to chart a course
Keeping hold of hopes to husband resource,
But now supply is outstripped by demand.
So what ...
