THATCHER - IN PASSING
The Lady wasn't always right,
Not all would take her side,
But as we headed into the sight
Of war, we found our pride.
The fifty pound travel allowance we knew
That brought us ridicule
Was forgotten when we claimed the due
Of new found North Sea fuel.
