Go green NOW and stay alive !!

"Eat your greens, "grandma used to say,

They make a clean sweep,a gentle broom that makes your day.

Sit in comfort and regularly on your toilet seat ,

No strain or constipation, thanks to your green treat.

Eating greens is my future staying alive plan,

In toxic times cutting out sugar,I pray I can .

Green veg has been shown to brush cancer away.

To increase greenery in your diet definitely will pay .

While.cooking your greens,please don't over boil,

Steam them lightly in garlic, onions and coconut oil.

Go green now and survive,

Heed my advice and stay alive !!

Hugh, I love your playful yet powerful message!
You’ve turned health advice into a fun, memorable poem—with a serious point beneath the rhymes. The mix of humour (“sit in comfort…”) and urgency (“toxic times”) makes it really effective. Green living never sounded so lively. Well said!
Cheerio,

Sustainability is about even more than the colour 'green'.

But hey, what choices do we have? If all generations develop diseases from the strain&stress of 'Earth&Humanity' (whatever that means.)

After all, what is sustainability?

Grandmothers seem to have what they believe this earthy kind of wisdom. Some of which is right. Mine were always on about fibre qand not eating too much new bread.
