Are tha' stalking me John. I went to notcutts (Featherston) on Saturday. First time I'd been in over a year. And yes I did have a scone. Very nice it was too.

I followed my daughter's example and joined her at Slimming World (other dieting organisations are available) and I'm currently on a three stones loss in 21 weeks. she has lost 5 stones over a year.
You have to be ready to go to a place like that and have a support structure too. Our group is like an AA meeting with Stand-up comedy, great fun!

describe the term), the sequence is A/A/B - A/A/B.
The arrangement is the business of (literally) the music arranger.
Variety can be found in many songs according to the style employed.
